Marbella Cars supply new and pre-owned vehicles on the Costa del Sol. We are not a traditional car dealer, but are an online resource that work with a network of agents around the world to source cars where they are cheapest.
When you buy a car from a dealer, aside from the car, you are paying for all the dealer's overheads such as their premises andtheir advertising costs. This can add as much as 30% to the price of the vehicle you are buying.
We work a different way. Every day we receive lists of vehicles currently available in several different countries, where due to import tax or currency fluctuations, the prices work out considerably cheaper than in Spain. Most of our cars come from Europe, Germany, the UK and the US (primarily US makes).
There is nothing dodgy about sourcing cars this way. In many cases they are the same cars you would buy here, except that you pay less and you get more choice.
Depending on how the cars are brought in to the country, the price may include all the import duty and costs to (if required) to pass the ITV. If the vehicle is still on the original plates, e.g. English or German, then legally you are still entitled to drive the vehicle in Spain as an EU citizen. You can leter decide whether to transfer it to Spanish plates.
